Shipping Policy
At BlessedTrendz, we’re excited to get your perfect gifts to you as quickly and securely as possible! Whether you’re shopping for yourself or picking out a thoughtful present for someone special, we want to make sure your order arrives on time and in great condition.
Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days of receipt. Orders are shipped during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Please note: During peak shopping seasons (like holidays or sales events), processing times may take a little longer. We’ll always notify you if there are any delays with your order.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to ensure you get your gifts when you need them:
- Economy Shipping (3-10 business days): This is our most affordable option and will get your order to you in a timely manner!
- Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): Need it faster? Choose Standard shipping to get your order quickly!
- Either way your shipping comes within 3-10 days of receiving your receipt!
- Guess what? We are fighting to get you all the free shipping you deserve! But with the help of you all we can make it happen!
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and your location. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 to addresses within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can easily monitor its progress. You can check the status of your package anytime by clicking the tracking link in the email.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to send gifts to different locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each shipping address.
Shipping Restrictions & International Orders
We currently only ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time, but we are looking into expanding our shipping options for the future.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address or any other reason), we will contact you to arrange for a re-shipment. Please note that any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or lost packages. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at blessedtrendzhelpyou@myyahoo.com as soon as possible. We can make changes to the address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, once your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or local postal workers if you can’t locate your package, or contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or high demand during holidays. Please be patient, and rest assured that we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
