Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items, as long as they meet the conditions outlined below:
- Returns: You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, we can help with that as well. Simply return the original item within 30 days, and we’ll send out the replacement once we receive your returned product.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new, resellable condition. If your item has been personalized, please note that we are unable to accept returns unless it is damaged or defective.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or order number when returning or exchanging your product. This helps us process your return efficiently.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized or custom-made gifts are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Before sending anything back, please reach out to us at blessedtrendzhelpyou@myyahoo.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the next steps and a return authorization if necessary.

Ship the Item: Once approved, carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging (if available) and send it back to us at the following address:

Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as the original item is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure all our products are in perfect condition before they reach you. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll take care of it. Please contact us immediately at blessedtrendzhelpyou@myyahoo.com with a photo of the damage or defect, and we will arrange a return or exchange at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
Once we’ve processed your refund, it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider first. International Returns
Currently, we only ship and accept returns within the United States. We are exploring international shipping and returns, but for now, if you are located outside of the U.S., we cannot accept returns.
